Valletta, Malta
Auberge de Castille is one of Valletta’s most impressive Baroque landmarks, originally built in the 16th century for the Knights of St John and later redesigned in its grand current form. Standing at the highest point of the city, it now houses the Office of the Prime Minister. While the interior is not generally open to visitors, the building is worth seeing for its ornate façade, historical importance, and commanding views over Floriana and the Grand Harbour area. It is an easy stop while exploring central Valletta.
